APEX Modular Homes provides design, permitting, construction, and installation services for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) throughout Massachusetts. All projects are subject to local zoning regulations, building codes, and permit approvals.
All pricing provided on this website or through our services are estimates. Final pricing will be determined after a site evaluation and detailed project scope review. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project modifications.
Pre-orders require a deposit to secure your position in our build schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once construction has commenced. Specific terms will be outlined in your project contract.
While we handle the permitting process, approval timelines and requirements are determined by local authorities. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by permit processing times, weather conditions, and material availability.
All ADUs come with a standard one-year workmanship warranty from the date of final inspection. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and materials are separate and provided by respective manufacturers.
APEX Modular Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
